Tomas → Santiago 4/8. Enrique → Buenos Aires 3-step process: 3/26 initial appt → 4/7 second appt → visa pickup ~4/14. Worker facilitator (Ivan Flores) has reached out to David & Tomas. No interview waivers for H-2B — all must attend in person. Do NOT buy airline tickets until másLabor confirms visas printed & delivered.

Workers 2 & 3 dropped — cert is "used" once any slots filed, can't refile partial for 10/1 (DOL stopped allowing this).
