⚡ Key Notes (updated 3/13): USCIS approved 3/5. ✅ I-797Bs received by másLabor 3/13 (single form, unnamed petition — covers all 3 workers). Consular appointments confirmed: David → Santiago 4/7. Tomas → Santiago 4/8. Enrique → Buenos Aires 3-step process: 3/26 initial appt → 4/7 second appt → visa pickup ~4/14. Worker facilitator (Ivan Flores) has reached out to David & Tomas. No interview waivers for H-2B — all must attend in person. Do NOT buy airline tickets until másLabor confirms visas printed & delivered.

⚡ Key Notes (updated 3/19): Reduced to 1 worker (Oscar Flores only) per Tim Walters' decision (3/9). Workers 2 & 3 dropped — cert is "used" once any slots filed, can't refile partial for 10/1 (DOL stopped allowing this). Barbara proceeding with Oscar's petition via cap relief. ⚠️ Oscar's passport expires June 2026 — renewal in process, Ivan Flores (facilitator) coordinating.

🆕 3/19 Updates: Barbara sent FT7 (referral log / Initial Results of Recruitment) to Amber this morning — Amber returned FT7 ✅. Barbara also sent FT5.2 (I-129 cap relief signature pages, updated I-129 form version) + draft I-129 petition for 1 Grounds Ops Specialist — Amber returned FT5.2 ✅. Barbara confirmed receipt of both FT7 and FT5.2 as of 3:29 PM.
⚠️ Still outstanding: Cap relief attestation — Amber needs to return this to Barbara. Not yet received.
📝 Visa petition signature due 3/23. Cap has NOT been announced yet — Barbara anticipates it has been met and will file cap relief. If cap not announced by time of labor cert, she will file as standard petition just in case.
Recruitment report submits to DOL Saturday 3/21 → labor cert expected ~3/26–3/28 (2–5 biz days). Once cap relief window opens, file immediately — first-come-first-served (historically the case for April openings).

⚡ Key Notes (updated 3/13): Cap exempt — returning workers from same fiscal year (confirmed by Barbara 2/11). Group G — DOL finishing up this group now, notice of acceptance expected 3/23–4/10. Both workers processed through Argentina consulate for fall 2025 cycle. Nacho was TCE; Lucas was MTS but reassigned to TCE for spring. USCIS has 15 business days to adjudicate once I-129 filed.

MTS: ✅ Job order #99347 opened by másLabor (3/16). FastTracks sent to Amber & Gavin. Due back by 3/30. 3 additional tree climbers (new job order — original cert #96649 is "used"). Must demonstrate unforeseen need via payroll, revenue growth, client letters/contracts. Barbara sending statement of need request to Gavin (cc Amber) in coming days.
TCE: ✅ Job order #99345 opened by másLabor (3/16). FastTracks sent to Felicia & Gavin. Due back by 3/30. 3 tree climbers. Barbara sending statement of need request to Gavin (cc Felicia) in coming days.
TWM: Jason confirmed interest in bringing Fall climbers (3/16). Defers to Gavin's recommendation — currently leaning másLabor. Number TBD.

Key Dates:
